Jurisdiction and Governing Law
The Site is managed by WBArchive.ca, located in Ontario, Canada. If you choose to access the Site from another location, you are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. THE PARTIES DO NOT WARRANT THAT SITES WILL OPERATE IN AN UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE MANNER OR THAT SITES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
