I think I want to start collecting shades of purple nail polish...
is there one particular colour you like wearing or one colour (various shades) that you wear the most?!

For purple, I love China Glaze 'Grape Pop'
I usually wear some shade of pink on my fingernails, ranging from really pale to neon.
I have China Glaze 'For Audrey' on my toes right now. It's a pretty Tiffany blue.

I only wear it on my toes, usually black, really dark blue, purple or crimson. turquoise in summer, maybe hot pink. or silver with sparkles.
I have 4 kinds of black. obsessed much?

Siberian Nights is another great OPI dark purple, if memory serves!
I love all the pinks (I know, big surprise) but my faves are It's All Greek to Me, Pompeii Purple (but yeah, it's pink), LaPazitively Hot, A Rose By Dawn, Broke By Noon and Seniorita Rosalita.
I can only paint my toe nails because of one of my jobs which does not allow for fingernail polish.
I do pinks, purples, blues primarily on my toes.

I usually have bright pink on my toes. I have been getting purple lately though.
Right now I have a pink-ish opal-y white on my toes and bright pink on my fingers.

My fav colour's are inspired by OPI "i'm not really a waitress" or somthing like that. It is a beautiful, sparkly, deep red. Other than that I pretty much just like clear.

I usually have some sort of deep red on the toes, and if anything on the fingers it is a pale (very pale) pink

On my hands, I like keeping it really pale. My supervisor always has perfectly manicured nails in really dark colours and for whatever reason it creeps me out.
The one I usually use is a very pale transluscent pink that was designed specially for the 100th anniversary of Cadillac, which we attended. Naturally, they called it Cadillac Pink!
On my toes, I usually bounce back and forth between various shades of blue, turquoise and bright fuschia.

On my fingers, nothing more than a very very pale, often translucent pink.
Something like OPI Hearts and Tarts, or OPI Otherwise Engaged, or Mimosas for Mr and Mrs.
For my toes I love OPI Feeling Hot Hot Hot, Charged Up Cherry, An Affair in Red Square

The only colour I will wear other than a shade of black is Lincoln Park After Dark by OPI (mentioned a few times here)
It's fantastic! I actually wore it for my wedding!!

I wear Sally Hansen No Chip 10 day nail color in Bergundy Child. I love it! I gave birth to my DD with it on and I feel like it gave me power....weird I know
It's like a cross between purple and burgundy. Very dark almost black.

I'm another OPI wearer. Lately I've fallen in love with We Will Always Have Paris (dark purple). I only started wearing polish on my hands. Haven't decided if I like it yet because I feel like I end up coordinating my outfits with them! Haha! Like yesterday I was wearing red polish and a purple and black outfit which felt odd. But maybe I'm putting too much thought into it!
Mimosas for Mr & Mrs by OPI as even when it chips I can get away with it for a couple more days as it's really close to my natural colour.

Pinks (hence the name and avatar), peachs, and clear on my fingers usually.
Currently on my toes I have a bright firetruck red. I usualy wear anything on my toes - darks, lights, glitters, green, blue, purple, whatever.
I currently have NOTHING (gasp!) on my fingers. I took my polish off last night and was too tired to re-do them. I will tonight though for sure

pinks, blues, purples, reds (but blue-toned reds... I can't do the orangey ones), even the occasional black (and once... green... poor choice). I mostly just paint my toes these days, though... I can never seem to get through a whole week with my polish intact on my fingers, and don't have time to re-do them mid-week. Since I can't bear chipped polish in an office environment, it's a 'special occasion' thing for me to paint the fingers these days *sigh*
Although, I might try some of these suggestions that you ladies say aren't obvious when they chip/wear....
