L'Oral Voluminous is darkest black! I have used it for at least 10 years and whenever I buy a new one to try it, I end up throwing it away and going back to that one!

Voluminous...I love it!!

But if it's for your wedding...get water-proof!!! Even if you're not a crier, if it's not waterproof, you can end up with a dark area under your eye where your lashes meet just from all the smiling, blinking, heat (if it's in the summer you're getting married)...just something to think about.

I think I used MAC's waterproof stuff for our wedding.

The bestest kind ever!! It's called Kiss Me. It actually puts tubes in your lashes so you don't get any build up or gunky and it is water proof, not resistant but proof. It does not sumdge or flake or make dark circles under your eyes. I cannot say enough about it. However you can only buy it in certain stores here is a link to their site: http://www.cimel.ca/main/where_to_buy_canada.php

I love Great Lash by Maybelline, but I starting to wonder if I shouldn't try Lash Blast!

For my wedding, one of my friends applied fake eyelashes & they were fantastic! My pictures turned out great & I didn't have to worry about mascara down my face.

The L'Oreal Volume Shocking one does the same thing! It's fun to pull the tubes off! But it also results in me usually picking it off in the middle of the day too

I Use Dior Show in Black. I tried a bunch for years and settle on this one a couple of years ago - haven't opted for anything else since.

I recently went to MAC, at the suggestion of the girls here, and picked up their Zoom lash.

I've got pretty good lashes, and never really thought about mascara as anything more than colour, but WOW, my lashes are big and out there now.

Exactly my story. Voluminous is THE BEST.

I tried Lash Blast and HAAAAAATED it. So passionately. Horrible. I have tiny lashes and it did nothing for me. I'm so surprised everyone loves it! But maybe you all have decent lashes to start with. Lucky!

I use this too. I have an allergic reaction whenever I use Maybelline or Avon.

I love MAC Zoom Lash! It rocks my world. However, I have really long lashes to begin with. It really darkens and lengthens it though.

My sister however has short lashes and she hates it.

I have DiorShow also! I got the sample of the non-waterproof one and LOVED it!! I went to buy the Waterproof one, but the girl accidentaly picked up DiorShow Blackout Waterproof. I like it too, but it's a bit heavier than the 'plain' DiorShow I found. The original one is a bit lighter, it looks a bit more natural I found... I had tried the Waterproof version, and even that one still looked more natural, and amazing all at once (dunno if that makes sense...). Blackout seems a bit more thick to me... Still GREAT mascara!! And it's REALLY waterproof! Gosh, I need to find a better makeup remover, cause mine currently barely removes it (which means I wake up looking like a racoon the next morning! lol).

YES! Kiss Me by Blinc!!!!! My best friend introduced me to this mascara and at the time I thought, yeah yeah, all mascaras are the same. But this stuff is incredible. I've been using it for over a year now and everyday when I go to put my makeup on, I'm STILL excited for the mascara part lol.

I wear contacts and stare at a computer screen all day, so I tend to rub my eyes alot and at the end of the day, my mascara is gone and I have black smudges under my eyes. But this stuff WILL NOT SMUDGE....ever. It coats your lashes with tiny tubes and only comes off with warm water and gentle pressure with a facecloth or your fingers.

Here is the website: http://www.blincinc.com/us/kiss_me_mascara.php

I buy it at Sephora. If you have a Sephora in your area, I would suggest going in and giving it a try. Its worth it! Some salons also carry it.

In a tropical location on your wedding day, this type of formula would be perfect. You can sweat and cry all you want (I know, I've tested it!) and it will not smudge off.

Lancome mascaras are my favourite. Best combination of make my skimpy lashes look thicker and longer and minimal "raccoon eyes" (smudging under lower lids)! However, they're expensive and they're empty before you know it!

I have had the opposite experience with Lancome. Usually I replace my mascara after about a month because it dries out but with Lancome I use it for at least 3 months and never run out. I use L'Extreme so maybe that is why???

Cover Girl Lash Blast (the water proof one) is fantastic! I never get smudges (even if I forget I'm wearing mascara and rub my eyes) and it even stays on while I'm swimming with my DS.

I use Lash Injection by Two Faceed and I'ca also used NARS as well as Benefit. I love the brush for the two faced one though because it separates my lashes really well and they look nice and full.

I use Maybelline Full & Soft because it is the only one I can find that actually holds curl in my lashes. I actually have Snuffalupogus (sp?) eye lashes. They point straight down, so its really hard to find a mascara that holds a nice curl all day.

I just use the ole pink & green mabelline

Today I saw the weirdest thing advertised though...You know how they have battery-operated everything now? (razors, face cleansers etc etc) Now Lancome has an osillating or however you spell that) mascara!!! Batteries included! So weird.
