 Goal weight - anyone want to share?

My goal is 139. I'm currently 148 - started at 157lbs, so I'm down 9lbs. It took me since Feb 19th to lose 9lbs. I've never made it to 139 before, I've been as low as 141lbs, but never 139.

I'm more diligent on working out now than I ever was - JM dvd every morning with weights 4-5 nights a week. I use Fitday to track my calorie intake, but I don't completely clean eat either. I eat the best I can and sometimes I do indulge, but still try to keep to my specific calorie level.

I've found this past week that drinking more water, and changing up how many reps I do with the weights made a big difference this past week. I read alot of the articles on bodybuilding.com.

My goal weight is 150.

Back in November I weighed the most ever at 171.

Currently, I am down to 158. The doctor wants me to be at 153 but I'm gonna try get to 150.

I'm 5'1" and I originally had a goal weight of 125. I was 146 pre-pregnancy and since having my baby 6.5 months ago I've been dropping weight really easily without actually doing much besides breastfeeding and walking quite a bit more than before. I currently weigh about 123 and now that I know what that looks like on me, I would like to get down to about 115. That's more of a long term goal because I hope to get pregnant again in a few months, so if I don't hit 115 before we TTC I'm okay with that.

Iam 5' 5" and my goal weight is around 145 lbs smile I dont think its possible for me to get any lower than that bc thats what my weight was at when I was at my skinniest. Iam SOOOO close to being there!

k&j, congrats! Please keep us posted. If you manage to lose the "last" nine pounds in 5 weeks you MUST share your secrets.

I've personally found it really tough lose these last 8 pounds. I guess I need to constantly change things up!

I am 190 right now, have 15 pounds to go to my pre-pregnancy weight (175) and 25 after that to get to my goal weight (150). I'm 5'9".

I'm BFing, but it doesn't seem to be helping me lose the weight frown I've been at 190 for two weeks now!

iseesquared - believe it or not, I have been FAR below that. I was 126 at one point. I was 19, working in landscaping (so exercising all day) and just had a great metabolism I guess. It was WAYYYY too skinny, I looked anorexic! I ate whatever I wanted. I was around 130-135 all through high school.

I'm 27 now. So basically for the past eight years, I've been creeping up from 126 pounds. 150 is where I feel good, I remember that weight. About a size 6-8!

Pannecoeke, I never easily lost weight while breastfeeding. I thought the weight would just drop right off as that is what I had heard, but alas it wasn't to be. I have only been able to recently lose weight as ODS very seldom nurses any more.

Thanks for sharing your experience RinaZ, it's good to hear. I didn't think it would be easy and I've heard that weight can pile back on after weaning so I know I'll really have to work to get down to 115, but that's still my goal now that I know what I look like around 125. It's too bad though, it would be nice if it kept being as easy as it is now! I'll worry about it after baby 2. Then I guess I'll have to go through it all again in a few years as I want some more babies later. For now I'm just going to enjoy the easy effortless weight loss!

I'm 5'9" and would like to be 158-163 lbs. I fluctuate like mad when Aunt Flo visits, so I give myself a 5 lb spread. Will hopefully be where I want to be by July 1!

I'm gonna post in here to keep myself accountable. I'm 158lbs right now (AGAIN) and my goal weight is 140lbs. I plan to be there before September.

I was getting close to my goal weight, but, I think I've fallen off track. Shortly after posting in the thread, my weight went to 133 (I'm 5'5), but over the past couple months I was able to get down to 125 (3 lbs away from my goal of 122!). Unfortunately, I seem to be settling at 127.

My (lame) excuse is that I've been sick a lot recently and I can't run without terrible coughing fits. I think I would be ok staying at this weight if I firmed up a bit, but I have an admitted obsession with numbers and would love to be below 125. Hopefully I can get there this summer!

I am 5'6". I am currently weighing in at 230lbs. At the beginning of February I started the Hcg Diet with a starting weight of 252 lbs. I want to lose at least another 50 lbs before December when I go to the Dominican for my brothers wedding, and my wedding in June 2013. When I met my man I was around 215 lbs...and he says he didn't notice I gained weight in the last five years haha!

I definitely make better food choices now, I have binged a couple times since being on the diet and I feel so sick and gross afterwards!

I am 5'1" and my goal weight is 115. I'd love to be less, but that's a weight I was at before/after ODD, and when I see pictures of myself I'm happy with that.

I'm 5'6" and I'm honestly not sure what my goal weight is.

I am much happier at 175 than I am right now. I know I was happy at 160 before. BMI says I should weigh no more than about 150. In high school I weighed 135. So somewhere between 135-170 would be ideal. lol. More of a goal range really.

I'm 5'7 and weigh 164 lbs. I have 10 lbs to lose to get to my pre preg weight of 154 lbs.

My goals in order:

- Reach my pre pregnancy weight of 154 lbs
- Reach 148 lbs, the smallest I've been in my adult life
- Reach 140 lbs and maintain that.

I'm 5'10", and my goal weight is 205 lbs. Which I know sounds like a lot, but I haven't been that weight in over 10 years. I have lost about 35 lbs so far (since Feb 1st) and still have A LOT of the way to go. I'm looking forward to 205! As like some of you, I am sturdy, so at 205 I will still look DAMN good smile
