I will sign up! I totally fell off the workout wagon in Feb/Mar due to being exhausted in T1 and insanely busy at work. I need to get back into regular activity though, so the challenge is great timing smile

I am hoping that I will be able to walk and cycle a lot in April, as long as the weather cooperates. I am also planning to go back to yoga - I haven't been practicing the last few weeks due to an injury, but it seems to be better now.

Sign me up for 800 minutes please!

That is why it pays to be old all my major bills are paid so we can afford hot yoga for me. I think it is about $18 for a single class and $140 for 10 classes. The passes do go on sale from time to time but yes they are expensive. The studio is very nice. However I was shocked to see the place packed with about 35 people for a 9:30-10:30 class. The place is well set up, which is why the classes are packed. Frankly I am not a yoga fan so the place has to be well set up for me to go.

I went to the gym today and I worked out for 30 minutes mostly with weights so. 90 minutes for the week so far.

170 minutes for the week. It would of been more but my son was in Emergency yesterday and then the hospital overnight. He had a telescopic bowel which was fixed with an enema. All good now.

Gnome - glad your little boy is ok!

205 minutes this week for me. This included lots of walking & hiking, so more low intensity activity than high. This week my goal is to get in more actual workouts in addition to the more active living stuff like walking and cycling to get places.

I'm going to track my time Sunday - Saturday because I that's the way Spark People does it and it's just easier that way.

315 for me so far...a little behind pace for my goal of 1200. I was scheduled to teach 2 Zumba classes today but nobody showed for my first one frown On the bright side, I can still walk, which may not have been the case if I taught two hours of Zumba smile

45 minutes yesterday for aquafitness. 20 minute walk today (carrying 17 lbs baby and pulling a wagon so it counts). I should get a 30 minute run in tonight.

Make that a 35 minute run.
So far this week, I am at 100 minutes laugh

However, I did get in 60 minutes of yoga today. Nice to be back to exercising.

Rode my bike to and from work yesterday and today. Love it when the weather cooperates smile The hills are starting to feel slightly easier after not riding any real hills all winter.

Did an aquafit class yesterday. I used to teach aquafit years ago but haven't been to a class in years. It was a lot of fun!

275 minutes for me this week. Two bike rides, a spin class, an aquafit class and some yoga! I'm pretty pleased with that.

I got in a run outside with my BFF today. We ran slow (I have not run at all since last summer really) and had a nice long chat too, so it wasn't a hard workout, but it was so nice to be out together exercising in the sun!

I'm sure I'll have less next week as it's supposed to basically rain all week and don't cycle to work in the rain, so that will cut my time down by quite a bit. I might be able to get in an extra workout in the evening though.
