Hey ladies! We are in the process of hiring a live-in nanny and are trying to draw up the contract. We are both police officers and work shift work so the hours are all over the board and I'm having a hard time figuring out how to word it in a contract. Shifts vary from full day shifts to overnight shifts to a few hours in morning and then a few hours in afternoon...and then the odd emergency call outs.
Does anyone that has a nanny that helps cover shift work have a sample contract I can take a look at?
Thanks!

I don't. Sorry. But Ii have a friend that has a live in and I know her care is based on a certain number of hours per day (like 9 or 10?). I think that as long as she gives her nanny 48 hours notice, she can use those hours however she wants. I know she tries to give a weekly plan though.
