-setup a website and link your Facebook account (business account) and on your website setup a blog ( you"ll get more hits on google). Advertise it to your Facebook friends! Remember once they like your business account they will get updates.

-send brochures to your target market.
-send faxed with flyers to your target market.
-check to see if there is a group you can join online where people can search that website and look for someone in your area of work. Make sure it's a website that is in the top 5 of google searches.
-try odesk, elance and search jobs there.
-do YouTube videos of tutorials and link them to Facebook, twitter website.
Can I also suggest that business cards be part of your business? If I'm a business and I'm going to get brochures with you over vistaprint I would like more options.
More of your business will be through networking. There Is a lot of competition in your line of business so face to face selling is key.

DS just started rolling from back to tummy but he can't roll from tummy to back. He rolls over at night and sticks his face into the mattress. Last night I got maybe 2 hours of sleep bc I was up every hour checking on him. If he could roll back to tummy I wouldn't be so worried but it's the fact that he sticks his face into the mattress that makes me super nervous.
Right now we have the video monitor which I love so I plan on keeping that one too to watch him but also have the angel care for peace of mind. Lol overkill I know! But if I shut off the audio monitor on the angelcare will the alarm still go off?
What do you ladies think is it worth it?

DS started solids last week. So far we have tried Peas,carrots, sweet potato and green beans. I waited 2 days with each one. I noticed a couple of days ago some redness behind his ears, the PHN said was excema (?) sorry on my phone and autocorrect. I also started to notice red bumps on his cheeks, now stomach. I thought it was bc I was using JJ bedtime stuff.. So I switched to live clean which was working fine before but I love the smell of JJ. Today he is arching his neck back and swinging his head from side to side. I don't know if it's bc he is trying to itch the back of his ears or he has an ear infection ( he scratches his ear). This poor guy is going through a lot right now especially with another tooth coming through.
The bumps are on his face and body, they look like baby acne to me but I just wanted to know what your babies reaction was?

Just one thing though: I love my co workers but most if the time I like to sit st my desk and eat my lunch. It's my down time and sometimes I need it to unwind so please don't judge her on that.

Okay stupid question I know but DS has two teeth that have broke through but they aren't fully out yet. I have been giving him Advil once a night for the past week and half. He doesn't seem in pain during the day but come night time he is a disaster, after I feed him and put the pacifier in he will suck then cry and grab the paci and rub his gums. He can't put himself to sleep without so I'm really in a no win situation here unless I give him the Advil.
I stopped giving him the Advil right before bed (7pm) to see if he can last but he wakes up at 9 pm, and the only thing that can calm him is me feeding him and rocking to sleep. Then he's up again every two hours. I give the Advil because I assume he is in pain but now I'm thinking he may just be on a routine and I can't let him CIO because what if he is in pain?? So I really don't know!!
I just don't know what to do now.

I've been using huggies overnight size 6 and for the past 3 nights DS has leaked through them. I go through 4 sleepers a night! He's not very long but wide so he leakes through the right side everytime.
He uses pampers during the day so I'm going to try them for night again but he was leaking through those.
What do I do now if those pampers don't fit?? I have never seen size 7 in the huggies.

So now I decided I need to pick it up a get back into doing things bc my days feel so blah and I feel like I'm wasting my mat leave. I started high school about 10 years ago and remember this girl got picked on really bad.... Teachers never did anything. As long as it wasn't physical we could "talk". The names she was called was horrible and no one did nothing!!This poor girl was really messed up by it and had to switch schools.

DH says that I go a size too big but he never changed his diapers and says that I need such a big size bc I put the diaper so much up his back... Uhhhh call me crazy but if I don't make sure it's up high the poop gets everywhere!! DS is not a long baby just chubby and the size 4's got small bc the strap on the sides were touching his skin and were streching all the way.The size 5s fit perfect (huggies cruisers) but the overnights are getting a bit snug. So yesterday I go to shoppers and I look and see that after size 6 there's it goes into toddler.
So DH says asks weddingbells and see what they say to settle our dispute
so do your LOs fit only into the diapers with the suggested weight on the box? Or am I a crazy FTM that has no idea what she's doing

I still have trouble bc by 5 pm he is so cranky some days! Good luck.

If it stays like this I dont mind. It's better then 11 and 3 am. But by the weekend it will probably change, this guy changes weekly!

Does he sleep in his car seat of you guys go out? DS is a HORRIBLE sleeper and I never thought he would sleep on his own in the crib. Buti got help from a sleep doula and she recommended the following:
After 60-90 minutes they need a nap
Get him a lovey
Get a conair white noise machine.
After say 1 hour and he's really cranky, take him to his crib, give him the lovey and put on the white noise machine. Place him in the crib and tell him it's nap time. Walk out of the room.
He will probably start crying and just do check ins. If he gets really bad then pick him up sooth him and put him back down and start all over again.
I have to do this with DS everyday and it takes like 30 mi utes before he finally passes out! It's reall exhausting to do this every couple of hours! Sometimes I just need to leave the house during nap time and he falls asleep in the car or stroller. Sometimes he fights sleep so bad during the day!
I have no time schedule it can change day to day depending on what time he wakes up.
Sorry for the spelling mistakes I'm trying to write this as fast as possible on my phone.

Hi ladies I could really use your help. DS goes down at 6:30pm and wakes around 10:30-11 and again between 2-3. On Friday and Saturday I did a DF at 10 with no problems right back to bed. But at 2-3 am he wakes up to eat and it takes 2 hours to get him back down!
So yesterday my mom took over so I could get some rest and he woke up at 9:50 which is early since I thought he was pushing that feed forward closer to 11pm. He went back after 10 minutes and woke again at 3 am and went back again and woke at 6. So now I'm think were those two days just flukes or by me DF him causing him to stay more awake at 3am?

I had it too and my dr didnt seem concered at all! I never even thought that bc of it you couldn't deliver your baby to term? Maybe in very sevre cases? I think one of the biggest issues is having a c-section. At my 31 week ultrasound it resolved itself and I had a Vaginal delivery.

I know with DS even now, if he is overtired or just really cranky he will cry when I feed him but DS is a very fussy baby so I usually have to soothe him first with a soother and calm him down then put the bottle in his mouth.

Don't even gt me started on leaving the house with him and DS.. I can get everything in the car, DS ready in the car seat while he standing around figuring out how to pack the freaking bottles. Some days I just can't handle it!

If your going to use the ergo a lot when she's born I would probably buy it. You also mentioned that your first DD was small so if this DD is small she can likely use it for a longer period.
I know that DS loved that insert bc it was so warm and cozy. He would fall asleep in it, and for a colicky baby it was great! I jjust bought it too late so it was a waste for myself.

My son had it in early Jan and he was hospitalized for 3 nights. He had to have masks on every 3 hours or so. No Ivs or steroids. The drs did say he can have a chance of getting asthma later on. But now 3 weeks later he seems to have the freakin virus again. They don't know if the old virus never left or if he contracted it again.
It works in peeks, day 5 and 6 are the worst, if she is hospitalized then she is in good hands bc they can monitor her breathing and give her treatments when nessesary. The drs did say RSV is very common right now.

Last night I didn't do Df but he woke up at 11, 3 and 5:30 this morning and I just him down now at 9:30!! I normally put him in the swing to nap once he wakes at 6:30 but I'm trying to transition him to his crib for naps now with no success

And of course he woke up coughing, and with his chest congested. I think this stupid virus is back FML! He was hospitalized for 3 nights so I really don't want it return.
I'm going to my ped on Monday so I'm going to ask what I should with his feedings bc he was almost off the weight scale last month and RN who visits md keeps telling me he is overweight so I need a plan set here.
Stupid question but why do they say to do a DF an hour earlier? Is this the process to wean them off?

Hey ladies I need your help with this. Okay Im going to make this as quick as possible since its already 10pm here. DS is 18 pounds( yup big dude) and is EFF. Before he got sick with RSV Last month he would go down at 8 and wake up at 4am and then 6:30 for the day ( god it was great!). Now long story short:
He doesn't last until 5:30 pm without being cranky so I give his bath at six (btw thank you again ladies for the help in that thread) so here is my night routine ;M
6pm bath
6:30 bottle -oz depends on day sometimes 5 sometimes 8!
10:30 wake up (maybe 4oz)
1:30 wake up ( again 4 oz)
4:00 wake up (3oz)
6:30 wake up for day (2oz)
He then has a nap from 7am to maybe 9 or 8 or 10 frick it's a gong show!
So my question is last night he woke up at 11 instead Of his 10-10:30 wake up. So should I just dream feed him? Personally I don't think he needs to be eating this much and is just waking out of habit now do I'm scared if I start the dream feed I'm only screwing myself over in the end but what's the point of falling asleep only to wake up an hour later.
