I don't think any toy that involves a child chasing it through the aisles in a plane is a good idea. I can't see other passengers or the flight attendants enjoying that.
Maybe in the airport thought, in an empty area.

I am a fan of inn at the forks, either for just the two of you the night of the wedding (it's maybe a 5 minute cab ride away) or for the whole family (nice location near the forks/children's museum but pricier and no pool).

I will not order from anyone who doesn't use Royal Mail (which transfers over to Canada Post). I keep my orders on the smaller side (<$100) and I do not have to pay anything extra.
I won't put up with ridiculous charges from other shipping companies, no matter how nice the item is

I was planning on buying my infant seat online (snugride 35) until it occured to me that I wouldn't be able to check the expiry date. Is that a big deal? What's the usual expiry date for a carseat anyway? Should I not buy online for that reason? Thanks car seat experts!

lol...I work with someone who does IQ tests (on people who they want to find out if their low level of functioning is because of IQ or because of dementia or something) and it is a little more in depth than this test . Also can you imagine someone with an IQ of say, 70 getting one question right on that test?

My mom was an only child, she liked it so she only had me. Now I only want one child too
The only thing I will do differently with my child is have them in day care to "socialize" them (ie get them used to other kids being as*holes to them- I think I'm too sensitive because everyone was nice to me lol).

If you did take a permanent at another school, and then next year your current position went permanent, could you apply for it and get it over the person who replaces you (if they find anyone- this is also assuming they would hire someone completely new and that no current teacher with more senority than you would want it)?
Do they know you will apply for a permanent position elsewhere? Threatening to do it might make a permanent magically appear (especially considering I can't imagine it's super easy to find someone else to do the job there?)

If I were you I'd spend the next couple of years in Regina giving birth, saving up as much money as possible and having DH think about what he wants to do for a career. I'm sure not *all* 9 years were extremeley specialized education- probably has a 4 year science degree or something in there? Maybe there's a 1 or 2 year program he can do? You also have a job that gives you the ability to make a very good salary- maybe you could work full time while DH takes care of the kids during the day and goes back to school at night (which gives you your SAHP like you wanted)? Or if you have free child care in Edmonton (with your apparently huge family lol) he could do full time school.

Do you even have much room to contribute more to your RRSPs after pension contributions?
For us (with us both having work pensions) I have decided to focus on TFSA contributions, especially considering that DH is not making his max potential salary yet. I am, so I'm putting a bit extra into RRSPs, but more into TFSA. We're also putting extra payments into our mortgage as we have extra money, but nothing scheduled.
It's still painful to not get thousands of dollars back in our tax return but I am confident it will work out to our advantage in the future.
