I pumped for 15 months. If I had to do it all over again I would have LC meet me at the hospital on the day my daughter was born. My lifesaver was acupuncture and Chinese herbs. It's also great for PPD. Whatever path you choose I hope its an easy journey for you. MotherLove has some wonderful products and tinctures are more potent than pill form.

Coconut oil (you just need a little), probiotics, flax seed oil, Omega 3, sea vitamins
Have you ever seen a chiropractor for this? Far more beneficial in my opinion than a doctor.

I'm raising an emotional intelligent child with very high standards of how she wants to be treated. She was a colicky baby who cried for up to 10 hours a day, never slept through the night, but I continued to be instinctive and nurturing to her needs. At 6 months we discovered that she had a long list of food allergies, no wonder she was miserable. Her first year of life she lived in the Ergo.
At a little over 2.5 she is a content, independent, intuitive, creative child. I have no idea what a 2 year old tantrum looks like

I'm sure she is saving her energy for when she is 3, but we work together as a team. AP children rock!! I'm raising a leader, a strong independent woman.

Would I donate? of course. Would I receive? I really want to know my donor's lifestyle/diet. My daughter is very sensitive to dyes, pesticides, food allergies etc. We tried every formula available, J would become violently ill or would just refuse trying something new. My nephew is a recipient of the Facebook group. He doesn't thrive on formula and my sister isn't producing enough milk. I'm grateful there are other options available.

I feel for you! The mirror and putting pictures all over our back seat. She loved pictures and books from a very young age. I also use to play womb or ocean music. Most of the time we walked or I took the bus. Getting out of the house is extremely important! My daughter was extremely colicky. Now she is the happiest kid you would think I was lying. It wasn't until she was 8 months old the light went off. My daughter has severe food allergies. So who knows if she was ever really colicky. 10 hours of crying I wish I had known her long list of allergies.

This is what I was told- Capsules can take from 20 - 30 minutes or more just for the system to break it down so the body can start assimilate the content. Tinctures on the other hand have a bitter taste and are assimilated with your saliva within 1-4 minutes into your bloodstream. Tinctures are concentrated herbal medicines and are very useful in situations where you want to get a good strong dose of herbs into your system such as during times of colds, coughs, flu etc. Once an herb is ground into a powder it quickly
begins loosing its properties.
The taste is horrid. This comes from someone who drinks wheat grass algae concoction.

My husband without any prior warning had a nurse arrive at his office door ready to give to him the shot, so he wasn't following the protocol. As soon as he arrived home I dosed him with vitamins. He followed Dr. Russel Blaylock's protocol to counteract the negative effects of the H1N1 vaccine, and it worked.

I've read blueberries contain substances that inhibit the binding of bacteria to bladder tissue.
Increase Vitamin C
Omega-3 decrease inflammation and promote general health
Garlic (Allium sativa) - Garlic has potent antimicrobial effects against bacteria like E. coli, Candida albicans and strains of Staphylococcus aureus.
If this is a recurring it may be worth to check out Custom Probiotics, expensive but its one of the best available in the current market.
