I found doing it in the morning the way to go...I work long hours...so when I come home even 20mins can be a fight for...

I found doing it in the morning the way to go...I work long hours...so when I come home even 20mins can be a fight for me to get it in there...before I pass out hehe...but I did the hour+ in the morning and I made sure I was up to kick butt...

but yah...in terms of the work out they are great...and you see results...there is no way you cant...if you do the work...but from 20mins to an hour+ is quite a bit...it helped me to chart the days...90 or even with 30 days...I like to see how much longer I have to do this for....I usually do it weekly so it is not overwhleming to look at...and cross off as I go ....and that motivates me to continue...

If I just glue the paper to the bottom...it would work however if it touches water or anything else for that matter it will be done...

so I am looking for a way to "seal" the paper some how...I was thinking of laminating but hoping there is an "easier" way that someone knows of?
If there is an at home fix that would be ideal...but I will take all suggestions at this point I am sure there is some spray or something somewhere? right?:\

I only have my 2 best friends in my wedding party...they had an option of same dress different colour or same colour different dress...or as along as there was something that linked the dresses together...(i.e. a flower or bow etc)

we eneded up with the same dress one is going to have it long one is going to have it short...and same colour... works for me and more importantly works for them!

that will kock of some of the major shots...ie mom, dad, my birdal party...then we will have an hour for pictures in between...

we are doing everything at our site so there is no travel time and we have 2 photographers...but I think you can get the best of both worlds here and not rush...
however, I will have to report back once our day is over to let you know if that actually works lol

I do not eat horribly and especially during the week I eat very healthy...but I think the meal plan would speed up my results.

cynful- as for the pullup bar..I am not using one I am using bands instead...however it is becoming too easy...I have to get stronger bands and some heavy weights..hopefully in time for my week 9 round
