You can change the movie cartridges and also project the movie onto a wall...you turn the crank so can go any speed, forward and backwards...I don't know how often I watched Mickey and the giant.

Ruth I totally get your point, I do. At the same time, it wasn't WB that was home, it was the people that made it. That whole 'home is where the heart is' stuff? It's true. Buzzle is where the heart of WB/BB has gone, that's my opinion anyway.
Too much has changed and too many feelings hurt in the split...it just feels...different here. Can't explain it.
I'm certainly not deleting my profile here but I'm finding I spend less and less time here now. I hope you'll reconsider. It would be a shame to lose you in that 'family'.

Yes, Montessori is supposed to follow the child. Oddly enough, my kid lacks focus so it may be that the structure of regular school may work for him...we're going to see if it works. Allowing him to guide his own path means he can get lost easily...does that make sense? At least in the Casa classes, there's a lot of children so they don't get the one on one you might think...as the grades elevate the class numbers are smaller (in his school) like WAY smaller so that may be an option.

Okay, I need to hear different methods to see if something else will work.
My mom's dog - a Biewer Terrier (looks like a Yorkie but White/Black with a bit of brown), is about 4-5 months old now and we can't seem to house train him.
I swear I've been able to house train any dog we've had but I'm also not there a lot (we live together) and it's her dog.
As a pup the breeder had them peeing on a carpet so needless to say he will pee on carpets/mats. We had him on those pet training mats which he will also use. But he'll also do it elsewhere. Thing is, if you let him out he'll do his business outside, but it's non consistent. He also won't bark to go out, but will bark to come back in.
I've told her to do treats for when he poops outdoors which he loves, but then he still poops indoors. And he gets in trouble, you can see him cower when he's done it or when you discover it but he still does it.
So, any tricks I can try? Seriously I trained my GSP in days and this thing we've been working on for months now. We're at a loss.

I'd say laminate then S, as PP's have said, the quality/look of it is much better than in the past and it's more durable. We have real oak and between our previous fur-baby (who was only on it for a couple of months) and our current likes to crash his cars kid, it's dented and scratched. Heck, the wheels under our previous bed frame has made awful marks on it and those are wheels!!!

PEI definitely! We stayed in a place right on the water, but it was a bit of a small cliff, you walked down the path and then were on the beach...only thing is it's the ocean so water is slightly cold and there were lots of jellyfish. But you couldn't beat the privacy/seclusion and view. It was right by the Wood Island Ferry and the place was called Robin's Nest. The cottage was pretty bare bones but we were still single, no kids and didn't care much. Hubby loved going down when the tide was out and looking for critters on the beach!
I've heard though that the beaches on the north side of the island (Cavendish) are much nicer, swimmable but obviously more crowded and no direct beach access.
ETA - boo, doesn't look like the name exists anymore, perhaps it was sold. Either way, that area is pretty secluded, surrounded by farms and right on the water.

We aren't doing any music classes but since you mention Durham, which part? Have you looked into any of the town run programs at community centres? I know they have some as I've seen them in the registration book. Try going to the town website of whatever town you're in and see what they offer. That's my only suggestion.

Thanks guys, just doing some research, no intention of going anywhere but just making sure all options are looked into...i'm currently in TV and hubby is in post-production, we know there's quite a bit of post work there.
How are the commutes from these areas you mention...I'm in the GTA so it currently takes me 1.5 to get to work including school dropoff.
Also, what's the schooling situation like, are there anglophone and francophone schools, etc?
Our current house is worth almost $600K but we co-own it.

I always look at the hotel deal sites and then compare...usually you can cancel without penalty up to a certain point for most hotels, just read the print!
Hotels.com, expedia.ca, booking, etc.
Also try this, they are toll free, take all the info into account and then suggest hotels they work with:
http://www.newyorkcityluxuryhotels.com/I prefer to stay anywhere from central to upper east side, haven't really stayed elsewhere. Definitely do everything everyone mentioned if you can...visit the TKTS booth for cheap day of Broadway and off-Broadway tickets - I suggest the one down by the water - there's the Brooklyn Bridge and shopping down there as well, the lineups are way less than the booth in Times Square.
Go shopping!! Century 21 - they have one downtown but they recently opened a location in midtown!! Lots of cheaper brand names.
Go have dinner and dessert in Little Italy, on the way there in the Bowery area there's shopping as well.
If you walk around the Fashion district - and like purses - you can go into some stores selling cheap purses. Most of the shops don't do this as they're wholesale but you can find some that do and there are some great steals!
I'm going next month again and can't wait!!

Last year when I bought the #2 it was ridiculous trying to find one anywhere in town (and I live in a pretty large town and vicinity) so I just ordered directly from apple.com and it was here in less than 2 weeks! Also was able to get it personalized.

Fly.
Sorry, I've done the trip 3 times sans kids and it's enough to make me want to gouge my eyes out, with a kid? No freakin' way...not for a while anyway.
Have you looked into driving to Buffalo then flying Southwest? MUCH cheaper and then you can add the car rental...I got one for $20/day just by constantly checking the site and changing my reservation. The convenience alone is worth it to me. Also, the way I think of it, more time at the destination than in the car.
HAve I convinced you yet?? lol
Are you planning on stopping? Did you get a triptik from CAA? That's what we usually use. I can't remember the difference but one route is more scenic and longer, one is shorter.
