Goodbye to Weddingbells I suppose it is time to see you go. All the Moderators thank you for your hard and thankless work. Angie you seem like a cool person sorry WB's couldn't have bounced back with new people.
I suppose Lauren B, Annonywife and I have something in common now. I also don't want my information out there either.

I think there will always be a niche for a wedding forums simply because it is where brides come together to share many ideas. Wedding Blogs are good but they usually only follow one person's ideas and I personally find most blogs get boring after a while. Most Blogs end up talking about the same things again and again. And blogs you usually can't ask for feedback on what people think of something that you want to do while on a wedding forum you get almost instant feedback.
I don't know if this forum will be successful again because WB sort of shot themselves in the foot with the last Admin. She is gone but now they are starting from nothing. When they started from nothing last time in 01 wedding forums were very new. It is very possible that they will build up again because somebody is always getting married but it will take time like last time.

We just have a Kenmore which we had for the last 4 years. We purchased a Kenmore because the salesperson at Sears gave us a price about $200 less than anybody else. The Kenmore has been a pretty good stove. The stove is somewhat of a boring purchase you figure what specifications you want then look for these specifications on different models at different stores and compare the price.
Oh it is a flat top too.

That looks awesome, but a few things. My picture of the narrow landscaping is on the NW side of the house and grass grows fine there as it gets the evening sun and lots of rain. In Alberta I find the rain generally comes from the West and it is just easier to keep grass nice on that side of the house particularly with eaves blocking the rain. My south side of the house is just washed rock because it is too hard to grow anything as it never rains on that side of the house. Same story with that lilac tree in the picture there is washed rock because grass does not grow under it.
My alternative for the narrow part of the house is just to keep the aggregate but have stepping stones amongst it. It would add more interest. Have the aggregate end when it gets wider than have grass. Oh and keep the narrow strip of vegetation (shrubs) regardless on how the grass grows shrubs are so much hardier than grass is.
Hope that helps.

Personally I found it easier and cheaper to landscape a small yard then a big yard. How much sun do you get? I don't know what zone you are in but a nice apple tree along the fence that will max out at 12 feet would work very well. I personally don't like the aggregate (too similar to the sidewalk) but I don't know well grass would grow if you took it out. The pictures are what we did with our small yard and narrow walkway.

I just wanted to say that, I agree with Nancy, I also hate going between boards CF and WB. That does needs to be more seamless.
As for recruiting, believe it or not, this board was this dead in 2001. It just slowly built up over time as people are always getting married. It could happen again and I also agree that it will be new people who will make it happen. Not us oldtimers which by the way it will be 10 years for us on August 31.

There are also the obvious Disney and Beaches resorts which definitely provide a kids club and babysitting. I have also heard good things about Azul Sensatori in the Mayan Riveria. Hope that helps.

I personally don't count daily activity in the challenge but I think the daily activity is important too. At least you were getting out there and doing stuff even if it wasn't towards the goal. Holidays are just like that in terms of exercise. It is good to take a break from things too. Anyway, I will tabulate even thought the end of the month is not until the 31st.

My big Sunday run 18 km and 145 minutes a wee bit slower than last week. My hip hurt a little in the middle of the run then it went away near the end. I think I was running too much on the side of the road giving the right of way to the triathletes who were running a half ironman today.

Wow 1350 pavers!!! That is a lot of work I must say. Those are heavy.
My last week was a bad week. I was to have lots of time to exercise because I had both kids in camp. But when I went to drop my son off at Science Camp there was nothing but Princess Preparatory camp at the location. As much as I wanted to drop my son off so I would have some time on my own I knew it wouldn't fly. So Science Camp is this week but my daughter is not in camp. I am still on track with the half marathon I just wanted a week to myself.
I started the new week off pretty well I ran 18 km in 140 minutes.

I have a 21 day cycle and I got pregnant fairly quickly and with one try with the 2nd child. I hate being that regular however it seemed to have no impact on me getting pregnant. I see nothing wrong with starting early. I didn't with my first and I regretted it. With my 2nd we started earlier (same time as you) and the 2nd potty trained easier than the 1st. However, I wouldn't expect results.
With my 1st we waited until the child was ready except they were never ready and they liked diapers and what a power struggle we had. It kills me that the 1st was peeing on the potty at the dayhome at 18 months, yet, was 4 years old when he potty trained. All because I didn't keep at the potty with him.
Seems to me there is a window at 18 months where the child can be talked into things much easier. I found that and with my 2nd although she didn't potty train early, she had postive thoughts of the potty, because we started early. That potty was the most wonderful thing to my 2nd and kids who used it were amazing. Much easier with her.

I suggested My Fitness Pal because what I thought I eat and what I ate when I tracked were two different things. And I wasn't making horrible choices just that I missed better choices. If you already have had your thyroid checked than I am not sure what is up. Are you already close to a healthy weight? If you are looking for supplements than try a health food store or vitamin store.
Another thing to maximize calories burned when you run you should run intervals once a week. It is much more effective calorie burner than the long slow workout. I have that problem myself I prefer long slow workouts over hard short intense workouts.

Before doing anything, have you tracked what you eat and exercised even for a few days on My Fitness Pal. Because I have the same problem as you but on documenting what I eat I realized I was grazing, during the day, on fatty food during which I didn't do before kids. Somehow between kids I lost my way with healty eating which wasn't a problem before. I eat to the same amount of fullness but I think I have been picking less healthy things. Hence why I am heavier despite running half marathons. I am now eating fresh fruit in place of the semi healthy calorie heavy snacks. It was something I didn't realise I was even doing until I documented it.
