We got a graco one. It's not a 2 in 1, as its a folding high chair and it has wheels. We had serious space restraints and it was moved from room to room so it served its purpose.
We actually don't use a booster seat. DD went from her high chair to regular chair at about 22m.
Honestly, I can't imagine spending $300 on a high chair. I spent like $50 on sale and I still thought that was too much.

If I wanted to see the nipples of another woman, I'd find myself some porn. So sorry, I get that you are flat chested and may not need a bra, but out of respect and courteousy to those around you, wear a sports bra or a work out shirt with some sort of built in coverage that won't end up with you providing a peep show.

Actually, I think it brings the price closer to a Chrysler Town and Country(also a Caravan clone but higher end). I don't think it's well known that VW makes a minivan(at least not in Canada anyway) particularly one that is basically a 45-50K Grand Caravan. I'm not even sure if you can buy a brand new Routan in Canada anymore.

The give Vi-D-Sol for vitamin D. It's easier(IMHO) to use the D-Drops as its just the one drop.
And they apparently are only supposed togive you two pairs of the mesh panties, so I stole a bunch from the shower

Almost forgot! If you like even a pinch of salt with your food, you'll need to bring it. Everything is low sodium and they only give pepper packets.

Are the garage dimensions not on the listings?
My biggest thing I wish we considered was the actually location of the house on the street. For suburbia, my street is very busy and it does not help matters that not only do we live only a few houses from a semi-main street, my driveway happens to perfectly line up with a back lane that people use to short cut their way to dropping/picking up their children from the school that I can see from my living room window. I've had people use my driveway as well as my front lawn as their own personal parking lot. Very annoying!

Alter, I'm seriously jealous that you have such amazing scenery for your runs. I have boring suburban houses to look at. Although there were two ducks sitting in a for sale sign a few blocks away from my house last time out. That was new

Teacher, how do you find running at a track? It's my bad weather backup plan but I'm worried I'll get bored with the repetition of the scenery.
And I went to the clinic last night and I'm officially out for at least the next two weeks. It could be one of two things and I've been fitted with a walking boot to try to fix one or both of them. At my two week follow up, we'll see how it's feeling and it should positively identify what the issue is and if it's problem A, I will likely need to be hard casted for about a month. *sigh*

I'll be starting W3 on Tuesday and you girls are scaring me

course me starting will be contingent on my ankle. I rolled it in the winter when I tripped in a grate at a car wash and I think I re-injured it or something. It felt ok during my run today, but right now I'm limping. Seems particularly bad when I haven't moved in a bit. ARG!
And I had a rather simpleton revelation today. It was my first time running during the day as I normally go out after 8pm when DD is asleep. When it is sunny at 2pm, take sunglasses!

We co-slept until about 7-8m until one day she decided that she was not going to drift off to sleep after nursing in our bed. She ate and then stayed awake and freaked out about the possibility of sleeping with us. She just all of a sudden changed her mind about her sleeping arrangements. We did about a week of sleep easy and all was well. She night weaned and started sleeping way better. And putting her down for the night is quick and painless now.

I have a love/hate relationship. I'm one of those women who still get af. But it did gradually get lighter and shorter. I do spot the day or two before now which I didn't do before and I have had a random gush/clot episode for which I thank my lucky stars I was at home for.
I haven't noticed any mood changes and DH agees with that as well. But I now have the WORST acne. Seriously, it's like a frigging teenage boy situation. Very annoyed with that!
I can't speak to supply issues as I didn't get mine until about 8m and by that time I was not only well established, but dd started STTN and was already starting to drop feeds in favor of solids.
Would I get another? I'm not sure. I do like how I know exactly when af is due and it is shorter and lighter now after almost a year. I also like having to not think about birth control. But I feel ripped off about still getting af and the acne is really bad. Also, I had to pay out of pocket because DH's drug plan didn't cover it as it was not an "oral" contraceptive. Had I gotten it today, it would be though at least with my HSA, if not my drug plan. Basically I paid $300 for something I'm not totally happy with.

I should preface this by saying that dd has never had formula.
But it's totally normal for a 4w old baby to eat every 2 hours. Their tummy's are so tiny! I know that it's frustrating and exhausting but it will get better. Plus if you wish to keep up your supply, you'll still have to either nurse or pump the formula feed. To me it's not worth it, but like I said, we didn't do any formula.

I never get it...but I really should. You should see the number of people who crash their rental cars that they only have because their own car was involved in a car accident.

All rental cars will have some form of insurance. It's basic and bare bones but you will have a basic deductible and third party liability. The big money loss to a renter comes in downtime. If you get into a collision, not only will you have to pay the deductible(assuming you are at fault) but you have to pay for however much rental time is lost by the company while the vehicle is being repaired and that could be two days or it could be two weeks, and this still applies even if the collision was not your fault.
So even though I always take the risk(on my short term rentals) I really shouldn't.
