Welcome!
I would really love to see a lot of the spam cleaned up. It seems to be in every post I open. You think there's all these great replies and it's just spam.
I also want to reiterate what others have said about a more seamless transition to the other Child forum. It would be nice that when i'm logged in here, that it carries over to threads over there. I rarely click on the CF forum anymore and it's sad because it really was a large part of my life for the last couple of years.

But I *want* to say within the $25-$30 range (??). Maybe even less than that.
It's been awhile since I was given a ring

Congrats on the weight loss!

eta: You may have to be careful if you do a huge reduction in size of the ring. I *think* it can affect the setting of the diamonds/jewels. Obviously, the jeweller will let you know.

I'm an only. Loved it. I always had lots of friends and my parents included me in everything (never got left behind). My father travelled a lot for work and he was one of the few that always brought his family with him. I got to travel all over the US growing up and even was able to bring a friend with me for company on a few occasions.
Like someone mentioned, I have always been more comfortable with an "older" crowd (even though I am now an adult) rather than peers but I did have lots of friends growing up.
I am able to clean up after myself, do my own laundry, cook for myself, I was taught these things at a young age
Everyone's experiences are going to be different. We haven't decided yet whether we are just having one but for now, we're good as a 3 person family. Sometimes I may feel like I missed out on something when I see DH and his 2 sisters together but he also envies how I grew up as well.

Whenever you can fit it in!
I'm lucky in that I can work out while at my work (part of my job) so I get exercise 5 days a week. The week I teach aqua fit I normally do something on my own in the evening because I don't feel like it's much of a workout (I teach to people with lots of disabilities and who are older so it's not an intense class). Normally I wait until I put the kid to bed and then I'll throw in a DVD of some kind. If I had a treadmill, I'd probably do that as well.

We have 2. One in our bedroom and one in the basement (family room).
My parents (just the 2 of them) have 5 tv's. One in my old bedroom, my mom's sitting room, their bedroom, living room on the main level and the basement family room.
My in laws have 5 as well. One in the living room, kitchen, bedroom, basement and then an outdoor one on the patio

We do. We used to use it more though before we had the child. We'd get into bed and watch the opening monologue from the Tonight Show from the night before (10 pm) and then drift off to sleep. I dunno. It helps me wind down and relax after the day.
Now I'm really the one that uses it when DH is on the afternoon shift. I'll put DD to bed and clean up a bit then curl into bed and watch my shows for the night.

Confession: I have an obsession with boxes. Whenever I buy a pair of shoes, etc. I have to keep the box. I have a stack of boxes in our storage room in the basement. I always think i'm going to need a box. Like, at Christmas when I buy presents for everyone and no store seems to have boxes I'm like, "Oh I have boxes at home to use".
But then I secretly try to scam the box back after I've given the gift cause I may need it again.
It's a sad obsession.

http://www.onestopkidshop.com/listing/diyceramics-ReginaFound that....
Anyway, if you can find an unglossed mug and you paint it yourself, you're still going to have to find someone to fire it in a kiln for you in order for your son to use it to drink out of. If you just want it as decoration, then paint away! But if it's going to hold any kind of food/liquid, the glaze has to be fired and you can't use any acrylic paints on the inside of the mug.
As far as I know, Michaels doesn't sell any ceramics anymore. I miss White Rose. They used to have a large selection. I don't know about where you are but we used to order ceramics from Mary Maxim (I think that's what it is) and there is online places you can order ceramics from (my work uses ceramic arts - but they're based out of Ontario).
*to add - I think Michaels has the ones FS recommended above. I thought I saw those there the other day when I was wandering. I would imagine they don't need to be fired (or maybe it's set up so you just have to use your oven).

The first time we went we went to the Planatarium and the Museum to see the King Tut exhibit. We wandered around the Mile and shopped. Deep dish pizza of course. I think we went 3 times

The second time we went we went to a Bears/Lions game which was awesome.
I can't really recommend any restaurants but anywhere we happened to go into was great!
