I liked the scene with Zoe and Julia, it was raw and real.
I loved the fight between Adam and Crosby. I have a feeling that the whole offer thing won't be over, that is ALOT of money to give up.
I think Sara will say no.
I was disappointed that Drew and his girlfriend had sex and I have a feeling she will end up pregnant.
Jasmine is so annoying, I really can't stand her. I felt bad for Dr Joe after she told him.

I do think that most woman look better with abit of makeup on. I wear extremely minimal makeup, but it definitely makes me look more fresh, more bright eyed and more natural.
My good friend looks so much more fresh with a little makeup on and she said she feels better wearing it, so I'm amazed that she wouldn't take a few minutes every morning to put some on!

I wear minimal makeup, but I wear it daily. I find it makes me look more pulled together and evens out my skin.
I wear concealer undereyes and on any blemishes, mascara, very neutral eyeshadow and a touch of brown eyeliner on upper lashes. I am red head with fair skin, I need something on my eyes because I have such light eyelashes.

I loved both of her dresses. I thought she was incredibly classy and elegant throughout the entire thing.
My SIL and I watched it numerous times and we are sure Will said "This is incredible..you look beautiful" I thought it was adorable how after Harry said "wait til you see her", William turned back a stole a brief look at her.
I'm surprised not many have mentioned how thin Kate looks, it is really quite shocking compared to their engagement pictures. I hope once the "stress" lets up (if it ever does) she will put abit of weight back on.
As for the hand holding, I believe they are expected to not show much emotion or affection during the ceremony.
I thought Harry lightened the mood - I would love if the rumours of Pippa and him came true

Any one find more pictures of evening reception?

Does anyone know when the new pro points plan starts in Canada? I track on my own and have been doing well, but I'm very intrigued by the new program ( a few of my family members work for WW and have had tremendous success so far on it) I dont have meetings in my area, but would consider joining online, but weightwatchers.ca looks like it is still momentum program?

I developed a umbilical hernia when I was preggo with my YDD. My family physician referred me to general surgeon, who removed it. Surgery was relatively painless and I found the most painful part was when the nurses removed the staples. I was off work for one week. The hardest part was not picking up my kids, but at work I was fine and rarely think about it now (my surgery was in August)

A few friends and I flew with West Jet to Vegas last Sat. Our flight came in at 1006 AM, my baggage did not. Four hours later it was tracked down in Calgary and I was told it would be coming in on a 7:30 PM flight later that evening, it didn't. My bag was delivered to me the next day early afternoon, just over 24 hours later. The worst part, that my very new fairly expensive luggage was ripped down the one side by the handle. I took pictures of the bag and emailed it to the baggage claims department of WJ as instructed. I found out this morning that I am only being compensated a $50 credit for both my bag being lost for more than 24 hours and the damage done......isn't this complete and utter bs customer service. I am so upset right now!!!

My MIL is currently doing this. She has lost around 21 lbs and 14 inches in about 3.5 weeks. She is taking drops (which apparently curb hunger) along with an extremely low calorie diet (approx 500 cal). Considering she was not that overweight to begin with, it is drastic weight loss for her. After the initial 40 days she then goes onto a 1200 cal diet with no carbs or starches. Do I think that she will maintain it? Absolutely not. She has a hard time sticking to it and it is EXTREMELY restrictive and not something that could be a lifestyle change. In my opinion, just another crash diet.

Yesterday I was on the hunt for a perfect dress for an upcoming formal ceremony for DH's work. I went to a smaller upscale dress shop and was trying on multiple dresses when the saleslady said "well being that you are plus sized and thicker, you might have a hard time finding something that fits well."
Like WTF, I'm 5'10", a size 12 and work my butt off to stay healthy, happy and fit. I left feeling like a piece of crap and obviously without a dress SIGH! And while on the topic, since when is size 12 considered plus size???

I gained 35lbs with both girls. After #1 the weight literally dropped off and I was a few lbs below pre preg weight by 8 weeks. After #2 I had only lost 8lbs by a few months PP and the rest was a hard struggle of eating well and working out with trainer. I BFed both time until 1year, but just reached by pre preg weight this time when #2 turned 11.5mths old. UGH, it was a struggle!

I work for the feds and everyone that I know started out as a term and went to indeterminate before their term contract was finished. Very few get hired on directly as indeterminate. Benefits are awesome.
In my organization all CR 3 positions were "abolished" a few years back and switched to CR4 classification. I thought that was standard with the feds now.
I also wanted to add that I started at my organization 2.5 years ago as a CR4, and I have quickly moved to different positions and I am now a WP04. I used the initial position ( a 6 month + a day term to get my foot in the door) and I have utilized my education to make advancements. There are so many internal opportunities that the public is never made aware of.
