I wish you the best of luck! MDD is 5 1/2 (Gr ONE in the fall) and we still have potty issues with her! Mostly pee, but today it was poop... FOUR times! I often got called to the school to clean her when she was in JK, our Dr has been a lot like yours, the wait and see game! He has no concerns yet, but I think there has to be something up as to why she just can't get potty trained! (still has to wear a pull up at night too)

I FINALLY got a call from Lowes today (well past 72 hrs since being told I'd be contacted within 24 hrs!) And they haven't changed...
I FINALLY got a call from Lowes today (well past 72 hrs since being told I'd be contacted within 24 hrs!) And they haven't changed their tune at all! $150 is the best they can offer us. There is a guy coming from the carpet supplier now on Mon. So stupid since we keep expressing to them that our issue really isn't about the carpet anymore, but about their cr.ap customer service! We're ready to give up, it's not worth our energy anymore... But I'll be posting my story all over the internet!

Favourite Pasta Salad recipe
This is my go to pasta salad recipe... it was my mom's then I tweaked it just a little to make it even yummier. Everyone...
This is my go to pasta salad recipe... it was my mom's then I tweaked it just a little to make it even yummier. Everyone loves it!
Macaroni Salad
7 oz (approx 2 cups) small shell macaroni, uncooked
1 cup grated cheddar
7 oz (1 can) chicken, tuna or turkey (I always use tuna)
cup sweet green relish
cup minced onion
1 cup mayo or miracle whip
tsp salt
tsp pepper
tsp garlic powder
Cook macaroni, drain & rinse.
Combine macaroni, cheese, meat, relish & onion. Mix mayo & seasonings and stir into macaroni. Cover and chill at least 3 hrs.

MDD just lost her 2nd tooth yesterday, it was HANGING for days, and finally I got her to let me take it out, and I think because it was so loose for so long the point at the bottom of the tooth irritated her gums. When the tooth first came out there was sort of a blister-ish looking thing in the space. Now today it looks even worse, it's a lot bigger. Anyone see this, have experience with this??

We waited until ODD asked as well. She was 7 almost 8 when she finally decided she wanted to get her ears pierced, so I took her for her 8th birthday (and she almost chickened out after I'd paid, so she may not have been quite ready yet!)
For MDD and YDD they've been asking already so we've given them a goal to work towards and the ear piercing will be their reward. They have to wait until they're 8 or when they real their goal, whichever comes first. For MDD it's to not have to sleep in a pull-up anymore, and for YDD it's to not suck her thumb anymore.

I just got a new phone today (free upgrade), a LG-P690b, and so far I'm hating it! We have wi-fi at home, and it works...

It says "obtaining IP address" then it'll say "remembered secured with WEP"... then sometimes it'll say "disabled secured with WEP"
What the "F" does all this mean?? And how do I get it to connect??

I buy large quantities of chicken breasts, cook them, then freeze them loose on a cookie sheet, then bag them. Then I always have a...
I buy large quantities of chicken breasts, cook them, then freeze them loose on a cookie sheet, then bag them. Then I always have a quick meal on hand (fajitas, chicken caeser, chicken pot pie, etc)
I also do the tomato paste thing.
There are a lot of things I'll freeze loosely, then bag...muffins, cupcakes, cookies, misc meats.
No one seems to like the "butt" (heel) of the bread so I collect them, keep them in the freezer, then every so often I'll turn them all into breadcrumbs and keep the crumbs in the freezer. Any time I need breadcrumbs I always have an abundance!

MDD is 5 1/2 and I hope to have her training wheels off this year.
YDD is 3 (4 in a few weeks) and she has already tried 2 wheels, and it was SO close to successful she'll def. be on 2 wheels this summer.
I believe I was 4 1/2 when I learned to ride 2 wheels... and I taught myself, no help (just sympathy) from my parents! LOL!
